These 6 pages resume the first week of a 4 week trip in Mountain Bike from Innsbrück (Austria) to Albertville (France) through the Alps. Austrian people love bike and sport in general and were so happy to welcome us. A great but hard week with 6 hours/day of bike through some incredible landscapes. I'm proud of this report because I was really involved in this trip riding all the days and all day long with the guys with my camera bag in my back which is seriously heavy when you ride 6 hours a day!

Welcome to my blog. As I'm a French guy, it was'nt easy to choose that I will share my notes in my bad English especially that I like my French language! So everybody can follow me through my job, my trips and other boring adventures... Enjoy and keep in touch, it could be very crazy... or not!

Championnats de France Kayak, Metz 2011
This last week-end the best french kayakers were in Metz (East of France) to compete the French Kayak Championships. Multi-disciplines like slalom and freestyle were in the same spot and it's rare but good for the freestyle as people who don't know this sport can discovered it. Like in the ski world, freestyle is always the "little brother" that big medias don't use to talk about (I should say never), but freestyle kayakers like freestyle skiers are real athletes with a huge technical and physical level. Thanks to Lucille Boudat for the very good organisation, and to all the kayakers for the level they brought in Metz and for the big saturday night party! To see more images, here is a slideshow I've made.
