"Run Fast", a Romain Staros Staropoli photo exhibition launch by Born to Run agency

After the Dimitri Coste's exhibition in July, Born to Run agency wanted to show the Romain Staros work through a new exhibition in Paris with "the sneakers" as main subject. I didn't know Romain before, and I met a very cool guy and his photographs during the exhibition. You can check what Romain Staros do on his website.

Vans x Lego® x Alëxone

Alëxone received me in his brand new workshop closed to Paris as I'm working on a very personal project (I'll tell you more soon). For those who don't know Alëxone yet, he is a very talented artist who paint an art between graffiti and cartoon with always a lot of coulours, a strong personnality and a bit of humour. Here is his website, and his blog. Alëxone is full of creativity and is like a kid who can have fun with nothing! The background you see is a simple black table recovered by a wall of Lego pieces. Or how to make a piece of art with almost nothing! Simple, brillant, and funny. I wanted to make a photo of my new pair of Vans, and when I saw this table, I knew it was the background I wanted.

"Fast", a Dimitri Coste's photo exhibition by Born to Run agency

Just back from Pikes Peak, the legendary race in Colorado where he raced his old Triumph motorbike, Dimitri Coste is already in Paris to launch his photo exhibition about L.A. Each time I see Dimitri, he is like a lightning who disappear as fast as he appears! Dimitri Coste is an awesome photographer and an awesome guy full of talent. As a real fan of the skate culture since he is a kid, Dim is now a part of this culture by his meetings, colaborations and of course his photographs.

I didn't shoot any graffiti art for a long time. So I decided to go at 5 minutes by bike from home to check the "new spot" where a group of friends use their color paint cans... Here are some examples of their art.

Lukas Kandl : a fantastic world.

Yesterday night, I was at the Lukas Kandl's exhibition launch in St Germain-en-Laye, in the west suburb of Paris. Lukas is a friend of mine and a great well-known painter who use to show his art all over the World for more than 30 years. His paintings are very specials, between fantastic and surrealism with a lot of strange creatures you can only see in your most craziest dreams... or nightmares!

This exhibition shows a big part of his art through an impressive "several years work".

"Danse Macabre" on Le Magazine EVER!

After a long period, the artistic project between sculptor Jim Skull and photographer Quentin Caffier is finally online!

I'm really proud to present you this amazing project I had the chance to work for as the assistant of Quentin and, at the same time, as photographer to shoot the making of. All the team did a very good job, in particular Quentin and Max who had to work during hours and hours after the photo shoot to edit the pictures and do the huge post production including the videos.

Friday night, the 3rd of September, my first day in Santa Rosa after few days in San Anselmo in the Marin County. I arrived by night and there was this party, "Summer Nights", downtown, just below my friend's house. Wine testing, mexican food, music bands, and a lot of people in only one street. I came back with my camera to take some pictures while I was eating a huge burrito listening to a nice country music band. Oh yeah!
